We received the unanimous support of the Planning Commission two weeks ago for our zoning case and also earned the support of the Zilker Neighborhood Association Executive Committee.

Reservations
To date we have received close to 150 reservations and are very encouraged and excited about the diverse mix of clientele we have been communicating with.
Timeline
Our goal is to begin construction during the 1st quarter of 2008 and complete the project by the summer of 2009. We will be able to provide a much more detailed timeline in the near future so please stay tuned!
